AFC Rushden & Diamonds have a vacancy for an Event Administrator to work with the new team that are to run the Bar and Function Suite at Hayden Road. The club has recently been given the opportunity to run these facilities and are looking for someone who can work alongside the other new members of the team.

They will perform a key role assisting with the organisation and delivery of the various events that may be held in the Bar or Function Suite, such as Private Parties, Wedding Receptions, Company Events or other Hospitality. They will liaise with the clients to ensure their needs are met, interface with the Hayden Road Bar Manager and Caretaker to make sure the correct facilities are available at the desired time.

Ideally this will be a role fulfilled by a Diamonds Volunteer who will also liaise with any third party organisations involved with the event, and also maintain a Booking Schedule and Online Booking Facility.
