Bar Manager
 
AFC Rushden & Diamonds have a vacancy for a Bar Manager based at the Football Stadium, Hayden Road. 
 
Your main responsibility will be to maximise income generated from both the main bar and function room on Match days, organised events etc
You should have experience in hiring and managing staff, have excellent customer service skills and be committed to improving the facility for both fans and local community, creating a fun, safe environment.  Previous Bar management or stock and re-order experience would be an advantage. This is a part time paid position and salary will be dependent on experience.
 
Working hours are to be confirmed but some flexibility will be required.

Function room/Bar Caretaker
 
Having taken responsibility for the Bar and Function room at the Football Stadium at Hayden Road, AFC Rushden & Diamonds have a newly created Caretaker vacancy . 
An important role to the success of this venture  this voluntary role will help maximise the revenue generated for the Club.
 
As a keyholder your primary role will be to open up and close the Function room for booked events , mainly during the day, this role would ideally suit a local semi or fully retired person.
