AFC Rushden & Diamonds are looking for an experienced individual to lead their Ladies football team which has players aged 16 years old and above.
- The successful applicant will be expected to set up a new Ladies team for the 2014-15 and will be responsible for the recruitment of players for that team.
- They will be responsible for planning and carrying out all training sessions and taking charge of the team for all league and cup matches.
- They will also be expected to actively integrate the Ladies team into the community structure along with the existing board, attending certain community events and appropriate meetings within the community club.
- The candidate must have experience in running a Ladies football team, be enthusiastic and committed to the sustainable future of Ladies football within the community club.
- They must be a minimum of a Level 1 qualified coach with the ambition to achieve higher standard coaching qualifications in the future.
