AFC Rushden & Diamonds are looking to appoint a suitably qualified coach to work in their Academy on a part time basis with the U13 squad.
This role will include two evening training sessions per week from 6pm -7.30pm (Monday and Wednesday) and matches, home and away, on Saturday mornings. All training sessions and home matches are held in Northampton at Malcolm Arnold Academy. This is a paid role. Role to Start August 2017 or as soon as possible.
Main Roles/Responsibilities:
- Development of Academy players at U13 level.
- Planning and delivery of high quality coaching sessions
- Constant evaluation of player’s performance and development
- Be able to commit to a training program of two sessions per week and games every Saturday morning.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 2
- FA Youth Award Modules 1-3 (or working towards)
- Current CRB check
- FA Emergency Aid
- FA Safeguarding Children
- FA Licensed Coaches member
Desirable Requirements:
- UEFA B
- Previous Academy coaching experience
- Computer literate

- Display a positive and professional manner at all times.
The post will be offered subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
