AFC Rushden & Diamonds are inviting players to come along and join their Under 14s and 15s sides for to the 201-13 campaign.
The teams are part of a youth set-up who, thanks to a ground breaking agreement with South Rushden Junior Football Club, will play as AFC Rushden & Diamonds next season.
Head of Community Football David Cockings explained:
“This is a very exciting time for us and we are all looking forward to our first season as AFC Rushden & Diamonds. If you are able to train on Saturday mornings and want to play matches on Sunday mornings then come and see us. We have FA qualified coaches and training is enjoyable and interesting while still being challenging.”
Training takes place on Saturday mornings at South End School, Wymington Road, Rushden from 10.00 until 12.00 and matches are played on Sunday mornings.
All players need to bring is suitable footwear, shin pads and a drink. The first training session is free.
