AFC Rushden & Diamonds are delighted to announce the co-option of Robin Bailey to the Club’s Board. Robin, along with his son Ed, has been supporting Rushden & Diamonds for many years. In his professional life, Robin has almost 50 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, and joins specifically to help with the Club’s search for a permanent home. Robin has previously served on a number of Boards and is currently Chairman of a Building Society as well being Vice Chairman of an Academy school in the Cotswolds.
Robin told afcdiamonds.com “I consider it a privilege to have been asked to help. The Club through its volunteers provides a great service not only to its fans but also by running so many diverse teams across so many age groups. It is vital that it obtains its own ground so that it can maintain its momentum in serving the whole community”.
