AFC Rushden & Diamonds make their fourth appearance in the NPL League Cup, known as the Integro League Cup this season, when they host Buxton FC on Tuesday evening (KO 7:45).
Admission prices are £6 adults and £4 for concessions, with free entry to U16s. This is a cup game so season tickets are not valid.
This is the quarter final of this competition, which is heavily regionalised, with 8 teams remaining in the competition at this stage – see here for details. The Bucks are currently in the playoff places in the Premier Division of the NPL. Their website is here and twitter feed here.
The tie will be decided on the night with penalties to decide the winner if scores are level after ninety minutes. The eventual winners of this season’s competition will receive £2000 in prize money, with the runners-up collecting £1000. Losing semi-finalists are awarded £500 with losing quarter-finalists earning £250.
