With the original game on Saturday postponed in unfortunate circumstances, AFC Rushden & Diamonds have arranged a friendly fixture for the same date against Codicote FC with a 3pm kick-off at the Dog & Duck.
Prices for this “all-pay” game will be the same as for recent friendly games – £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and Under 8s are free.
Codicote FC are in the Spartan South Midlands League Division One, which is a step 6 league equivalent to the UCL Division One. Codicote is a village to the south west of Stevenage, although Codicote FC play their fixtures in Welwyn Garden City due to ground grading issues.
The Diamonds will be wearing their yellow strip for this game, with Codicote in red.
