After a long sequences of away games, the Diamonds return to the Dog & Duck on Tuesday evening when Huntingdon Town visit in the ChromaSport & Trophies United Counties League Premier Division
The two teams have already met twice this season, with Huntingdon winning both times, but since the most recent meeting they have had a change in management, so the Diamonds will be looking for some fireworks on Tuesday evening.

It will be the first opportunity on Tuesday evening for Diamonds Fans to take advantage of a newly installed shelter for part of the standing area alongside the Dog & Duck pitch – details here.
Our Opponents
Huntingdon Town FC was formed in 1995, and after a period in Cambridgeshire Leagues they joined the UCL in 2003. They were promoted to the UCL Premier in 2012, and finished in an impressive fourth place in their first season in the Premier. They are nicknamed the Croms based on the fact that Oliver Cromwell was born in the town in 1599.
The Croms club website is here and their Twitter feed here. They play in red shirts and shorts. For the two earlier meetings of the sides this season they were managed by Ricky Marheineke, but he has recently left to take up a post with Histon FC, and Seb Hayes has taken over at the helm. When the two teams met at Jubilee Park at the end of August in a league game the Croms sealed a 1-0 victory – report here.
