Beaconsfield SYCOB FC v AFC Rushden & Diamonds

AFC Rushden & Diamonds will again head south into Buckinghamshire at the weekend when they travel to face Beaconsfield SYCOB FC on Saturday. The Rams gave the Diamonds one of their stiffest tests when the two teams met in November at the Dog & Duck, with the game ending as a 1-1 draw – report here.

Beaconsfield SYCOB FC was formed in 1994 following the merger of Beaconsfield United and Slough Youth Centre Old Boys. Last season they finished in 20th place in Division One Central.

Local directions provided by the club are as follows: “Exit M40 at junction 2 and take the A355 towards Slough. Turn left at first set of traffic lights and onto roundabout which you travel around so that you head back towards the traffic lights then turn right. After 150 yards on the left hand side is a sign directing you to the Club. Travel through the gate and the Clubhouse is 200 yards on the right hand side.”
