Bedford Town v AFC Rushden & Diamonds
Following the 1-1 draw on Saturday, AFC Rushden & Diamonds will travel to the outskirts of Bedford to face Bedford Town in the FA Cup Preliminary Round replay. This will be game 100 for the AFC Rushden & Diamonds senior side.
The Eagles play in the Southern League Division One Central, which is a Step 4 league, after having dropped down from the Southern League Premier at the end of last season.
The winners of the tie will travel to face Hendon in the FA Cup First Qualifying Round on the weekend of 13th September. Entrances prices for this game are £9 for adults, £6 for concessions, with Under 16s at £3.
Should scores be level after 90 minutes there will be extra-time, followed by penalties if the scores are still level after the two 15 minute periods.

Our Opponents
Bedford Town play in the Southern League Division One Central after dropping down a level at the end of last season. They are managed by ex-Wellingborough Town manager Craig Adams.
Ex-R&DFC Youth Teamer Joe Hopewell is on the books of Bedford Town. The Eagles play in blue shirts and shorts.

The New Eyrie is on the outskirts of Bedford, towards Cardington, on the road from Bedford to Sandy (MK44 3SB) – see here for a map and directions.
With this being an evening game with the possibility of extra-time there is no reasonable public transport option.
