Fernando Bell-Toxtle has today joined Basford United
Bell-Toxtle joined the club in the summer following his release from the Cambridge United Academy, since the summer he has moved to Nottingham to attend University and has found the distance to be a struggle alongside his studies.
Manager Andy Peaks commented “It is a real shame to lose Fernando, I feel he has just started to break into the starting 11, I know he and his family love the club but the distance following his relocation has made it very difficult for him. He knows the door is always open to him should it not work out.”
The club will retain his Southern League registration.
