AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to announce that Callum Westwood has signed a contract with the club for the forthcoming season. Callum is a 19-year-old full back who impressed after joining the club towards the end of last season.
Diamonds Manager Andy Peaks commented on the signing: “I am delighted we have reached an agreement with Callum and he has signed a contract for the forthcoming season. Callum has huge potential and has earned this from his performances last season and in pre-season this year, and it shows the club want to keep and commit to up and coming players”.
In other player news, Ollie Brown-Hill and Taylor Orosz have both left the club in order to find regular first-team football.
