Following the tragic passing of Daniel Wilkinson whilst playing for Shaw Lane AFC last night, the Board, on behalf of the members and supporters, have today sent a message of condolence and support to everyone at Shaw Lane AFC.
This weekend, there will be a minute’s silence before kick-off at Concord Rangers FC and all our players will be wearing black armbands in memory of Daniel.
The Club Secretary will keep in touch with Shaw Lane officials during the coming week ahead of our scheduled League game at the Dog & Duck next weekend.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Daniel’s family, team mates and friends.
