Dean Thomas Steps Down as U21 Manager

Due to circumstances beyond his control, Dean Thomas has taken the decision to step down from the role of AFC Rushden & Diamonds U21 Manager. The club would like to take the opportunity to thank Dean for all his hard work over the past three years and to wish him all the best in the future. 

AFC R&D U21s Assistant Manager Marcin Klima will take temporary charge of the team.

The club are looking to receive applications for the position of U21s team manager. The team will play in the new United Counties League Under 21s Division for the 2014/15 season with home games being played at Raunds Manor School on the 3G pitch. Reporting directly to and working directly with the first team manager, the U21s manager will be responsible for managing the continuing development of young players as they prepare themselves for first team football.
