The AFC Rushden & Diamonds squad are back in pre season training. During the session held on Saturday morning the Management Team had arranged for ex soldier and cross country champion to put the players through their paces.

The Team start their pre-season fixtures on Saturday when we host Barwell in the DRMC at Hayden Road.
