AFC Rushden & Diamonds will travel to face Deeping Rangers on Saturday 25th August in the Preliminary Round of the Emirates FA Cup.
After receiving formal notification just ahead of the initial FA Cup draw that they were required to start the competition at this stage, despite having moved up to Step 3 of the Football Pyramid, the Diamonds were drawn out of the hat to face the Fenland club in the competition following their victory in the Extra Preliminary Round.
