Following our appeal to supporters, Club Welfare Officer, Stacey Hawkins, Manager, Andy Peaks and players Claudio Hoban, Lewis Leslie and Robbie Parsons delivered around 100 Easter Eggs to Skylark Children’s Ward at Kettering General Hospital on Good Friday morning.
They were able to view the new and very impressive facilities on the ward as they delivered eggs to the children and families who are unfortunately spending the holiday weekend in hospital. The eggs were gratefully received by the children, their parents and staff and they would like to pass on their thanks to everyone who donated an egg to the collection.
Everyone at AFC Rushden & Diamonds wishes the youngsters on the ward a swift recovery and would like to say a huge thank you to all the supporters who donated so generously to the collection.
