AGM & Members’ Forum

Members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the society which will, as last year, be a virtual event on Zoom on Wednesday, August 11th from 7pm .
In accordance with the constitution, the business of the meeting shall be:
– the receipt of the accounts and balance sheet and of the reports of the Club Board and auditor;
– the appointment of an auditor
– the results of the election of members to the Club Board
– the application of surplus
Following the conclusion of the business of the AGM there will be a members’ forum. During the forum, there will be an update on our New Home project and an opportunity to hear from 1st team manager, Andy Peaks.
Members will need to register to attend the meeting beforehand and can do so by clicking here – or on the link which is now available in the members area.
New memberships and renewals will need to be completed beforehand.
On the evening, the waiting room will be open from 6.45pm and it would be helpful if everyone who wishes to attend could be signed in by 6.55pm in order to ensure a prompt 7pm start.
There will be opportunities to ask questions at the AGM and forum but if you have a question you would like to ask in advance or if you are unable to attend, please submit your question by 7pm on Tuesday, August 10th to email@example.com
