AFC Rushden & Diamonds were drawn at home to either Cambridge Regional College or Fakenham Town in the second qualifying round of the FA Carlsberg Vase when the draw was made at FA Headquarters today. The tie is due to be played on the weekend of 15th September 2012, but exact details of the date and time will be confirmed once agreed.
The draw was also made for the following round of the competition at the same time, and should the Diamonds progress they would travel to face either Wellingborough Town, Bugbrooke St Michaels or Yaxley in the first round proper of the competition on the weekend of 13th October.
