AFC Rushden & Diamonds will host Welwyn Garden City in the Preliminary Round of the FA Youth Cup at Hayden Rd on Thursday 2nd September (Kick Off: 19:45). Gate prices are set at £3 adult, £1 concession, U18s free.
The game will be played at Hayden Rd, Rushden NN10 0HX – see here for a map of the ground and local area. The ground itself is best accessed from the west. Take the A6 Rushden and Higham bypass, and exit at the junction with Newton Road. Follow the road past the cemetery, and take the sharp right hand turn immediately after the Risdene Academy onto Hayden Road. The ground is approximately a quarter of a mile on the left.
The match will go straight to penalties if drawn at 90 mins and the winner will play either Brackley Town or Dunstable Town in the 1st Round Qualifying.
