Following a poll on AFCDiamonds.com, the Player of the Month for February 2019 is Alex Collard.
The award is sponsored by P.W. House Jewellers of Rushden, who are continuing a long tradition of sponsoring this award, going back many years with R&DFC. Their business has been part of life in Rushden High Street for the last 65 years, having been Rushden’s Family Jewellers for over 70 years.
Alex was presented with his award by Jem Roberts prior to the Diamonds home game against Stourbridge FC.
Alex wins the award by continuing to impress at the heart of the Diamonds defence.
