Following a poll on AFCDiamonds.com, the winner of the January 2017 Player of the Month award is Tom Lorraine. During the month Tom led the line impressively for the club, as well as scoring in four of the matches during that period.
Tom received his award from Club Vice-Chairman Jon Ward prior to the home game against Spalding United.
The award is sponsored by P.W. House Jewellers of Rushden, who are continuing a long tradition of sponsoring this award, going back many years with R&DFC. Their business has been part of life in Rushden High Street for the last 60 years.
