Jon Stevenson joins AFC Rushden & Diamonds

AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to announce that they have signed 33-year-old striker Jon Stevenson

Diamonds fans will remember Jon featuring against the club whilst at Oadby Town.

Commenting on the signing, Diamonds manager Andy Peaks advised “Jon brings something very different to the squad, he’s obviously got great experience and i am sure fans will remember how well he performed against us whilst at Oadby, every time I have seen him play he has been the stand-out player. He has been won over by the club and feels he has another chapter in his career and can’t wait to get started”.

Subject to the paperwork being processed in time Jon will be available for tomorrow’s home fixture against North Greenford United.
