As AFC R&D fans will know, the club carried on a long tradition, started in the R&DFC days, of arranging a Christmas Collection for the Children’s Ward at Kettering General Hospital.
Players and Management from AFC Rushden & Diamonds then delivered the selection of toys to the children shortly before Christmas.
Manager Mark Starmer and assistant Andy Peaks were joined by players Ben Morgan, Alfie Taylor, Elliot Dent, and Jack Wisniewski who stopped and chatted to all the children and families after handing out the presents donated by fans of the club.
