AFC Rushden & Diamonds will play their next game in the Northern Premier League First Division South on Saturday when they travel to Leicestershire to face Loughborough Dynamo (KO 3pm). Dynamo play at Watermead Ln,Nanpantan Sports Ground, Nanpantan Road, Loughborough LE11 3TN (Some SatNavs may require an alternative postcode – LE11 3YE). Google Map Directions to the ground are here. Local directions are as follows:
From M1: At Junction 23 turn towards Loughborough (A512) At 1st set of traffic lights turn right on to Snells Nook Lane. At 1st crossroads turn left onto Nanpantan Rd. Turn (1st) right after 0.75 miles on to Watermead Lane. The ground is at the end of the lane.
The club is not running a coach for this fixture.
Those using public transport can take a train to Loughborough Station which is 3 miles from the ground. From there you can take a taxi or a bus as follows:- take No.7 to Town Centre and No.11/12 from outside “Argos” shop on High Street to 1st bus stop on Valley Rd. (off Forest Rd). Walk back to Forest Rd., turn left (note – road name changes to Nanpantan Rd.) and after 200yds take 2nd left on to Watermead Lane.
