AFC Rushden & Diamonds take on ON Chenecks for the third time this season, in the penultimate home league game of their debut season.
Chenecks inflicted upon the Diamonds their first ever competitive defeat, with a 4-0 victory on the Northampton School for Boys astroturf pitch back in September – click HERE for the match report. Rushden gained their revenge at the end of January however, with a 4-0 victory of their own in the Quarter-Finals of the NSYL Knock-Out Cup, in what was arguably their best performance of the season to date. Both sides are currently battling it out for second place in the Northants Senior Youth League Western Division, with Chenecks currently occupying second postition, and the Diamonds just one place and four points adrift.
ON Chenecks play in white shirts and navy shorts, so Rushden will wear their yellow and black away strip.
