Minute’s Silence Tonight to Celebrate the Life of Max Griggs

Following agreement by both clubs we will hold a minute’s silence, led by Club Chaplain Roger Knight, before the friendly tonight against Northampton Town (Kick off 7:45pm).

Max will always be remembered for positively impacting so many people, locally, nationally and internationally. Not only a successful businessman, he used that success as a platform to influence both sport and community. Not many have had that distinction.

He was a man of vision, drive and enthusiasm mixed with humility and a real sense of community.

Max will be fondly remembered by all supporters of both Rushden & Diamonds FC and AFC Rushden & Diamonds. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this very sad time.
