AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to announced the signing of 18 year-old Danny Harmon. Danny is primarily a right-back, but has also played in midfield, notably when playing for the Northampton Town Youth Team a couple of seasons ago. Most recently Danny has been playing in Sweden for Gottne IF who play in the Central Norrland section of Division 3 (which is the fifth level of Swedish Football). His international clearance to play in the UK was received shortly before signing for the Diamonds.
In other player news Jamal Clarke has signed dual-registration terms with Daventry Town and is expected to be part of their squad this weekend.
