AFC Rushden & Diamonds are pleased to confirm the signing of 29-year-old midfielder Peter Sweeney, who joins on a dual-registration from Northants Combination high-flyers Blisworth.
Described as a ‘workhorse’ with boundless energy by management, Peter has been training with the group throughout November and bolsters the squad ahead of this Saturday’s trip to Worcester City.
