The following document is the Notice and Rules of Election of three members to the Club Board who will take office at the Society AGM on Wednesday, July 20th 2022.
Gemma Hartop has again been appointed as this year’s Election Officer. Gemma lives locally and has a strong background in communication and administration. Gemma’s contact details can be found on the Nomination Form and all queries on the election process should be addressed to her in the first instance.
As ever, candidates must be a fully paid adult or concession AFC R&D Member, as at 5pm on Sunday, June 5th 2022 to stand for election, nominate another member for the election or vote in the election. Any new member joining after 5pm on Sunday, June 5th 2022 will not be eligible to stand or vote in the election.
