Notice of Special General Meeting
A Special General Meeting will be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, 21st November 2023, at the Windmill Club, Glassbrook Road, Rushden NN10 9RP.
The main purpose of the meeting is to receive the delayed 2022-23 audited accounts, the reports of the Club Board and Auditor, to decide on the application of surplus and appoint auditors for the financial year 2023-24.
The 2022-23 accounts will be available for viewing in the Owners’ Lounge shortly.
Part Owners are encouraged to attend the SGM – there will be a regular monthly board meeting held immediately afterwards which Part Owners can attend as guests.
Also, Part Owners are reminded that they can present member’s resolutions at General Meetings – please contact the Society Secretary for details on how to do this, if required.
