On the eve of the clubs biggest fixture AFCDiamonds.com caught up with manager Andy Peaks as he prepares his team for the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Match against Barwell FC
“I am really looking forward to the tie, it is a fantastic opportunity for both clubs, to be in the competition at this stage is a credit to everyone around the club”
“I think it will be a tougher match than the last round, firstly because we are away and secondly they are placed a bit higher in the league so there is no doubt we are the underdogs. That said, this is the FA Cup and if we play to our strengths I know we can get a result”
“We have obviously had them watched and we have a game plan, we need everyone to be on top of their game if we are going to get a good result”
“I just hope everyone enjoys the day, there is certainly no pressure on us, we will take a big following and they can also play a massive part in the match too.”
