Following a poll on AFCDiamonds.com, the winner of the December 2014 Player of the Month award is Adam Confue. After narrowly losing out in the November vote, Adam clinched the last award of 2014 with a number of outstanding performances in the first three games of the month, scoring goals at Boston and in the home game against Harrowby before missing the game at Thurnby Nirvana.
The award is sponsored by P.W. House Jewellers of Rushden, who are continuing a long tradition of sponsoring this award, going back many years with R&DFC. Their business has been part of life in Rushden High Street for the last 60 years.
The award was presented by Adrian House before the game against Sleaford Town.
