Following a poll on AFCDiamonds.com, the winner of the November 2015 Player of the Month award is Tommy Berwick. Tommy impressed throughout the month scoring in four of the six games (with the Diamonds failing to score in one of the others). He also recorded an impressive number of “assists” which took him to joint top of the Diamonds “assist stats“.
The award is sponsored by P.W. House Jewellers of Rushden, who are continuing a long tradition of sponsoring this award, going back many years with R&DFC. Their business has been part of life in Rushden High Street for the last 60 years.
The award was presented by Andy Peaks before the game against Egham Town.
