Following a poll on AFCDiamonds.com, the Player of the Month for September 2018 is Liam Dolman.
The award is sponsored by P.W. House Jewellers of Rushden, who are continuing a long tradition of sponsoring this award, going back many years with R&DFC. Their business has been part of life in Rushden High Street for the last 65 years, having been Rushden’s Family Jewellers for over 70 years.
Liam was presented with his award by Carl from the Diamonds’ Turnstile Team (Liam’s Player Sponsor in 2018/19) prior to the Diamonds home game against Coalville Town.
Liam wins his fifth such award following a number of fine performances during the month, helping the team to three clean sheets as well as a goal in the Hillier Cup.
