As we approach the start of the 2017-18 season, there are a number of player moves to announce.
Brad Harris has confirmed a move to Rugby Town. Club Manager Andy Peaks commented on the move – “Brad has been a fantastic player for AFC Rushden & Diamonds. Anyone who makes over 200 appearances for the club will forever be a Diamond. Unfortunately, Rugby made him an offer we couldn’t match and he couldn’t refuse. It is also local for him and will allow him to spend more time with his young family, and I wish him all he best for the future.”
In other player news, in addition to those players referenced in the earlier story regarding player movements, Joel Gyasi has rejoined the club, and has already been in action in several pre-season games.
