England28/08/21: AFC Rushden & Diamonds are delighted to announce the signing of 20-year-old midfielder/defender Jay Williams. A former Northampton Town Academy player, he made 16 first team appearances for them between 2018 and 2020. Since leaving The Cobblers, he has played for Kettering Town in National League North and most recently for Harrogate Town AFC in EFL League Two, for whom he made seven appearances. Everyone at AFC Rushden & Diamonds would like to extend a warm welcome to Jay.
19/10/21: We can confirm that Jay Williams has joined Banbury United after a seven day approach issued last week. AFC Rushden & Diamonds wishes to thank Jay for his contribution and efforts throughout his time at the Club and all of the best for the future.
