EnglandMorgan Roberts is a wide midfielder who joined the Club on an initial one-month loan from Northampton Town on 10th October 2019, aged 18. He made his Diamonds debut shortly afterwards and played a total of 8 games for the first team during that loan period, scoring once. He then went on loan to Banbury United, before being recalled by the Cobblers early in 2020. Morgan returned to Banbury United on a permanent basis in July 2021 after being released by Northampton Town and appeared for Banbury against the Diamonds in Diamonds’ opening league match of the 2021/22 season on 17th August at Hayden Road.
