AFC Rushden & Diamonds Ladies were featured in the BBC School Report project
AFC Rushden & Diamonds vice-chairman Jon Ward had the opportunity to talk about the club on talkSPORT on Sunday afternoon (9/9/12).
Jon spoke to Ian Danter who was hosting the Call Collymore programme, and had a chance to talk about how the club was founded, our excellent relationship with Wellingborough Town, the work done to set up a football club, the amazing crowds that have been watching the team, and also answered frankly some questions about the possible future.

Anglia News Dale Roberts Memorial Cup 14th August
The Dale Roberts Memorial Cup match was held in memory of talented young goal-keeper Dale Roberts of former Rushden & Diamonds. The event was attended by nearly 500 fans and friends and the following feature was aired on 14th August.
Sky Sports News feature on AFC Rushden & Diamonds July 2011
Sky Sports news popped down to our first youth open trail to where we had over 20 lads turn up. The feature played a number of times during the day on the 16th July.
