AFC Rushden & Diamonds take on FootballCV Reds on Thursday in a Friendly game at Kiln Park. The Diamonds have a short break from NSYL action before their next game against AFC Kempston Rovers on Thursday 17th November, but wanted to keep the momentum going leading upto the Christmas break.
FCV Reds compete in both the Football Conference Youth Alliance and the Central Conference League. At the time of writing, they have played in 8 league games this season, winning only once, drawing twice and losing the remaining five. They also competed in this season’s NFA Boys U18 Cup, overcoming Northampton Parkland Tigers in the first round, before losing 11-1 to Northampton Town, AFC R&D’s opponents in the third round.
