AFC Rushden & Diamonds will play their next game in the EVO-STIK South Premier Division Central when they travel to face Redditch United on Saturday 22nd December (KO 3pm).
The Reds play at The Valley Stadium, Bromsgrove Road, Redditch, Worcs B97 4RN, which is around 78 miles from Rushden – click here for directions. There is a £2 parking charge at the ground. Local directions provided by the club from the M42 are as follows – Exit M42 at junction 2, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A441 dual carriageway for 2 miles. At the island turn left into Birmingham road, continuing along the A441 for approximately 1.2 miles. You will pass through a set of traffic lights and a small roundabout (new houses on right), At the next major island, Sainsbury’s Petrol Station on right, take the 4th exit into Middlehouse lane, (next to Fire Station). At the traffic lights turn left in Birmingham Road, you will then need to take the next right into Clive Road. At the next island turn left into Hewell Road. At the T-Junction turn right, continue along Bromsgrove Road, passing Bus and Train Station. At the brow of the hill turn right into the drive next to Hill View Surgery and continue down the drive to the ground’s entrance.
The ground is a short walk from Redditch Railway Station. Please note that this is a 3G facility, which may be of benefit in frosty weather. Admission prices are Adults £10.00, Concessions £6.00 and children under 16 £2.00.
