The Club is pleased to announce the signing of Sam Warburton on a contract for the 2021/22 season.
Left-back, Sam, has recently been playing at Corby Town FC where he made 93 appearances. Sam has previously played at Northampton Town FC, Rugby Town FC, Nuneaton Town FC and King’s Lynn Town FC. Commenting on his signing, Sam said ”I am delighted to join the club and am looking forward to the season ahead and the challenge of stepping up a level. I know it’s a well-supported Club with a good following so I’m looking forward to getting going.”
Manager, Andy Peaks said “I am absolutely delighted to that Sam has agreed to join us. I’ve known him a long time and have admired his game. He comes to us with a long connection to the Diamonds and a reputation for showing a great attitude. He will be a fantastic addition to the squad.”
