AFC Rushden & Diamonds are recruiting for the role of part time Shop Manager.
Working alongside the Commercial team, this is a paid position and is important as it provides vital revenue for the Club and is a key service for our fans and visiting supporters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing online and match day transactions using the virtual till and online systems
- Seeking out commercial opportunities and developing the product range to drive sales
- Controlling costs to maximise the profit for the Club through actively managing stock levels.
- Ensuring the shop is adequately staffed on match days.
Retail experience is not required but you will need the drive and commitment to succeed for the benefit of the Club.
The position will start immediately and full training will be provided.
