AFC Rushden & Diamonds are recruiting for the role of Shop Manager.
Working alongside the Commercial team, this is a voluntary position and is important as it provides vital revenue for the Club and a key service for our fans.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing online and match day transactions using the virtual till and online systems
- Seeking out commercial opportunities and developing the product range to drive sales
- Controlling costs to maximise the profit for the Club through actively managing stock levels.
- Ensure the shop is properly staffed on match day
You don’t need to have retail experience but need the drive and commitment to succeed for the benefit of Club.
The position will start immediately. Full training will be provided.
