Scott Carlin joined the Club in the summer of 2012, after leaving his post as Assistant Manager at Northampton Spencer.

Scott, or Biff as he’s more commonly known, brought a wealth of experience having worked with AFC Rushden & Diamonds’ former manager Andy Peaks over the previous few seasons.

He was also Head of the Club’s Football Academy.

Scott left the Club at the end of the 2021/22 season.
