Tamworth v AFC Rushden & Diamonds – Tuesday 15th October

AFC Rushden & Diamonds will travel to face Tamworth FC on Tuesday evening (KO 7:45) in the next away game of their 2019-20 campaign in the Southern League Premier Division Central.

The Lambs play at The Lamb Ground, Kettlebrook, Tamworth, Staffs B77 1AA. Directions for the 70 mile journey from Rushden are here.

There is a £10 parking charge for supporter’s coaches, £5 for mini buses and £2 for cars.

Head west on the A5 from junction 10 of the M42 (there is a service area here). Continue along the A5 to the junction for Bitterscote. Leave the A5 at this junction (WARNING – VERY SHARP CURVE ON SLIP ROAD). At roundabout, take the exit just past McDonalds (direction Tamworth Castle) (Sainsbury’s is to your left. At roundabout, take fourth exit (direction Ankerside multi-storey). The Ladybridge Beefeater is on your left. Continue with the Snowdome on your right to the roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout (direction Nottingham, Burton, Nuneaton). At the next roundabout, turn left (direction Amington, Glascote). At the next roundabout, turn right (direction Glascote B5000). At the next roundabout, turn right (direction Kettlebrook). You will now be in the Kettlebrook Road. The entrance to The Lamb is the first right turn in Kettlebrook Road, about 50 yards from the roundabout.
