AFC Rushden & Diamonds are looking for a Assistant Manager to join the club’s U21s team, working under existing U21s manager Andy Keen. The U21s play in the United Counties League U21s Division with home matches being played on Saturday mornings at Raunds Manor School Sports College, 11am Kick-Off.
The successful applicant should:
- Have at least an FA Level 1 coaching badge and be interested in working towards further coaching badges.
- Be able to commit to attending training two nights per week and matches.
- Have a car and driving license.
- Be an excellent communicator and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
