As a result of the first team not having a fixture, AFC Rushden & Diamonds Academy U21s will be playing Redditch Borough U21s at Hayden Road on Saturday 14th August with kick off at 12pm. This will be their last friendly prior to the start of their league campaign, with their most recent result in pre-season being a 7-1 victory over Kidderminister Harriers’ U21s away at Kidderminister on Saturday 7th August.
Admission will be pay what you want, and the clubhouse will be open for refreshments.
Please come along and support the lads who are quite a young but fast developing team, featuring the likes of Fraser Corden, Ben Morley and Morgan Garrington, who have all featured at various points in pre-season with the first team.
