AFC Rushden and Diamonds are seeking talented and motivated players aged 17-22 for our Professional Development Phase (PDP) squad.
Competing at Step 7 of the National League League system in the Northants Combination Premier League, the team finished 6th in the 2022/23 season.
Training twice a week, on a 3G pitch in Northampton with UEFA licenced coaches, players will benefit from access to sports therapy and sport psychology and performance analysis support.
This opportunity represents a credible pathway to playing with the AFC Rushden & Diamonds first team.
